Hamburg, 4th March 2016 - After implementing a capital increase in February
2016, Varengold Bank AG (ISIN DE0005479307) has defined the strategic
orientation of the bank. The business area Capital Markets Brokerage will
be closed in order to limit risk and earning volatilities. In the future,
the Bank will focus on the two business areas Commercial Banking and Prime
Brokerage, where higher risk-adjusted returns are expected.
