Hamburg, 27th February 2018 - Mr. Alexander Körner has resigned as member of the Supervisory Board of Varengold Bank AG with effect from 27th March 2018. The Management Board thanks Mr. Koerner for his valuable contribution and the trustful cooperation. The Management Board of Varengold Bank AG will shortly appoint by court a successor to the Supervisory Board of the company.
