We are strengthening our Core Banking & Process Management team and are therefore looking for you as a Business Analyst (m/f/d)in Hamburg OR Sofia! Do you always maintain an overview in an increasingly demanding economic and regulatory environment and can quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with new environments? Then we have the right challenge for you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recording and conscientious implementation of requirements from various specialist areas in the field of core banking
  • Technical analysis, design and optimization of functions of existing and new business processes
  • Creation of detailed process documentation including responsibilities and decision points
  • Implementation of regulatory requirements in close cooperation with the relevant business units
  • Troubleshooting

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of experience as a business analyst, product owner or in a similar position
  • 3+ years of experience in analyzing and designing (banking) processes (functional, technical)
  • Ideally background in financial services/bank consulting
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience with stakeholders and project management
  • Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and structured way of working
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
